To resolve the issue:
1. Change the following registry key by adding the new value below:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TmPreFilter\Parameters
DWORD: DevObjStackCheck
Value: 1
2. Restart the machine.
